By accessing and using CFBCountdown.com ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use CFBCountdown.com.

Description of Service

CFBCountdown.com provides live countdown timers, 2026 college football schedules, and team information for all 138 Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) programs. The Site is provided as an informational resource for college football fans and is not affiliated with the NCAA, any FBS conference, or any individual team or university.

Accuracy of Information

CFBCountdown.com makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate schedule and team information. However, college football schedules are subject to change — games may be rescheduled, added, or cancelled due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances. We cannot guarantee that schedule information on CFBCountdown.com is always current or complete. Always verify game times, dates, and locations with official team or conference sources before making travel or other plans.

Countdown timers are calculated based on scheduled game dates and run in your browser using JavaScript. The timers are for entertainment and informational purposes only and may not reflect actual kickoff times, which are often announced 6-12 days before each game.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code of CFBCountdown.com are owned by CFBCountdown.com and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Team names, mascots, colors, and logos referenced on this Site are the property of their respective universities and conferences. CFBCountdown.com makes no claim to ownership of any team, conference, or NCAA intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from CFBCountdown.com content without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree to use CFBCountdown.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited activities include: using automated tools to scrape or mass-download content; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; using the Site to transmit harmful or illegal content; and interfering with the Site's normal operation.
